Historic Glover School

Bing Rooming House Museum

While you are here, there are several historic areas you can visit.

Historic Glover School and Bealsville Community- School founded by former slaves in 1868. Eight classrooms on a 12 acre campus and owned by the residents of the community. Schedule time to take a tour.

Bing House Museum- Currently undergoing restoration, however you can tour the Historic Laura Street Neighborhood, new housing development, 10 acre lake and see the outside of the museum which has been restored to its original appearance from 1920.

Historic Downtown- Check out old historic photos at the Plant City Photo Archives Museum, buy some antique items and/or get some tea.
